OWNERSHIP & LEGAL
Is this a timeshare?
No. LIVO Boats offers true fractional ownership. You purchase an ownership interest in the legal entity that owns the boat.
Am I really an owner of the boat?
Yes. You become a member of the LLC that holds legal title to the vessel.
Who holds legal title to the boat?
Legal title to the vessel is held by a dedicated, single asset LLC established solely for
that specific boat, ensuring clear ownership, liability protection, and operational
transparency.
What legal documents are involved?
Ownership is governed by a Subscription Agreement and an Operating Agreement.
Do I need a lawyer to buy a LIVO boat?
No, but buyers are encouraged to have their lawyer review the documentation.
Standard documents are not subject to changes.
Can I buy more than one ownership interest?
Yes. You may purchase more than one interest, up to a maximum of 4/8 (50%).
What is the co-owner vetting process?
The vetting process includes identity verification, credit checks, employment and
asset review, and background checks.
What happens if LIVO stops operating?
The boat and the LLC remain owned by the co-owners. A new manager can be
appointed according to the Operating Agreement.
PRICING & COSTS
What does the USD 35,000 ownership price represent?
It represents the purchase of a 1/8 ownership interest in the LLC that owns the boat.
What is included in the ownership price?
Ownership interest, legal documentation, and access to the LIVO app and reservation
platform.
Are monthly operating costs included?
No. Monthly operating costs are separate.
What do monthly operating costs include?
Maintenance, insurance, dockage, management, administration, cleaning, and
preparation.
Are fuel and optional services included?
No. They are billed separately based on usage.
Are there hidden fees?
No. All costs are disclosed transparently.
Can I finance my ownership interest?
Financing options may be available.
RESERVATIONS & USAGE
How many days per year do I get?
Each 1/8 ownership interest includes 44 days of use per year, starting from the
delivery date.
How far in advance can I book?
Up to 24 months in advance through the LIVO app.
Is there a priority order for booking?
No. Reservations are made based on real-time availability on a first come, first served
basis.
How many active reservations can I hold?
Up to six active reservations per 1/8 ownership interest when booking more than 30
days in advance.
What are Special Dates?
High-demand periods distributed fairly among owners.
What happens if I cancel a reservation?
• Cancellations made 31 or more days in advance incur no penalty.
• Within 30 days, there is no penalty if another co owner reserves your dates.
• If the dates remain unused, they will simply be deducted from your annual
usage allocation.
Can I exceed my allocated days?
Yes. Owners may reserve up to 10 additional days per year at an additional cost.
OPERATIONS & SERVICE
Who manages the boat?
LIVO is appointed as the manager of the LLC.
Is a captain included?
A professional captain is available as part of the service, additional fees may apply.
Is maintenance handled by LIVO?
Yes. LIVO manages all preventive and corrective maintenance.
RESALE & FLEXIBILITY
Can I sell my ownership interest?
Yes. You may sell your ownership interest at any time.
Does LIVO help with resale?
Yes. Our team assists owners with resale by promoting the share within our network
and matching you with vetted buyers. You may also sell your share independently at
any time.
